Disadvantages:

Family room no sliding door, no balcony. Very small.
10 ft in backyard, body 40 ft only.
Overall lower grade material compare to pentas, in my opinion.
Advantages:
Close to bukit puchong, with up coming tesco 2012 q4, Taylor school 2014, kajang ioi resort mall 2013?.
Fully fence guarded. Not sure abt the fee?

For me gnd floor seem like condo, with 1st floor 2 bedrooms & 1 study room. You might go checkout for your fren, I was a bit rush yesterday as my kid kacau wanna go home. Also there is another type bayu ask for 1.45m 2.5 storeys, same land size.

Just visited the show room, actually i quite like their parquet like flooring, step on it like step on timber floor, not like normal old parquet flooring, Should be got quality one, at least the developer quite innovation to do something different. If this development is inside bukit puchong 2 vacinity. Surely aledi sold out by now with this pricing.
