Unofficial statistic (my own estimation) :-

Total Superlink house : 1943 units (total land area 1235 acres)
I estimate that bout 500 acres allocated for link houses, which mean AI achieves an extremly low density of 3.88 units/acre!!

Precinct 1 = 834 (43%)
Precinct 2 = 751 (39%)
Precinct 3 = 358 (18%)

22’x80’ = 563 (65% launched & sold)
24’x80’ = 681 (40% launched & sold)
25’x85’ = 513 (37% launched & sold)
26’x85’ = 60 (not yet launch)
28’x80’ = 126 (not yet launch)

Precinct 1 = 22’x80’ (563) + 24’x80’ (271)
Precinct 2 = 24’x80’ (238) + 25’x85’ (513)
Precinct 3 = 24’x80’ (172) + 26’x85’ (60) + 28’x80’ (126)


Assumed Pentas 2 fully sold = Total 825 units sold (42%)

study the master plan properly, there are bout 15% of land being allocated for condo / apartment, mainly at the border to the left, I estimate a total of 3000 landed properties being planned (link house + SD + Bungalow), the remaining of 7000 shd be those highrise. It kenot be denied that the "space" for landed properties is very big, big linear park, 50ft wide inner road, big pond, big garden.
Pls pay a visit to the existing completed phase, get a feel of the peace a relax living environment.

Look at the distance in between houses, gate to gate, tell me how many Taman that car can park like that (straight)?

p/s : even if those highrise are taken into counting, 8.1 units/acre hardly can find competitor in KV

Frankly I am not 100% sure that any new amendment or not.
Old rule is
You can only stick to 1 property. Everytime you withdraw, you must withdraw for the purpose to reduce outstading amt (except the 1st withdrawal which is cash direct to yr savings ac)
Scenario 2 :-
If you hv ever withdraw EPF for property 1, and property 1 outstanding has been fully settled, you still kenot withdraw EPF for subsequent property

Just checked with contractor, kenot confirm got fence or not, but this issue is discussed during the board meeting. He said Pentas price is very attractive, shd buy

4. The commodities, ie: steel, brickwork, wood, copper, OPC, etc main construction materials will increase from time to time. Especially wood as big amount is required in Japan. ie: copper can increase price of 100% last year.

5. Workers. Last time, a skilled bricklayer is RM80/day, now is RM100/day. Due to inflation + shortage of workers, the cost will getting higher and higher.

6. In my opinion, I will foresee an appreciation of min 20% two years from now.
