help!!!...i get a new PC yesterday and try to move my iphone backup folders to my new pc...along with the iTunes Media folder to my new pc..and then i reformatted my old laptop..now when i plug in my phone into the new pc...it seemed like if i sync, it will overwrite all data on phone with the one in my new pc...T.T..how??

Don't sync yet. When you connect the iPhone, in iTunes find the menu that says "Authorize Computer" which will allow you to transfer your iPhone data to your computer. Once everything has been transferred, do a backup of your iPhone and then Sync.

on my iphone got 1 warning msg....Charging is not supported with this accesory!

Hi, can anyone tell me how to set mms on my iphone 4? maxis set..ios 4.3.5/carrier version 10.1...never j/b..

Turn on MMS in Settings>Message>MMS Messaging
Then turn on data in Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data & 3G
Once the cellular connection is established, you can then send & received MMS.

Hi guys. my iphone4 create another problem again.

my friend was trying to call me when i was sleeping and my iphone was on silent. hence, it vibrates for quite a long time as there was 8 miss calls (i check when the phone is fixed).

Then when i try to pick up the call, it seems that my phone doesnt react to touch, home button and power button. it just keeps vibrating but there is no display (black screen).

imagine the phone is like being in off mode but keeps vibrating. I managed to fix the problem by hard reset (home+power button), and it literally hang-ed at the Apple Logo for a very long time (vibration already gone at this time).

Was wondering is this only occuring to me or there is others experiencing this as well?

Just wanna get more feedback incase this happens again and the hard reset doesnt work =/

*shrugs* seems like its a well known bug =/ damn and this bloody phone is a replacement unit. i thought replacement units were supposed to be the all-fixed-no-problem iphone lol.

they were refurbished sets and problem might still occurred
try bring back and exchange another 1 if the issue still goes on

it may happen to all iphone...hope apple will fix it with ios 5...

sorry if i'm asking the same question because i cant find any answer from my friend regarding this..

I have an iphone4 ios 4.3.3, bought last year. i always syncing my iphone to the itunes on my old laptop (broken already)

Now i have a new laptop. So, i really worried that if i sync my iphone to the itunes at this new laptop, all data will get erased.

My concern here is only for CONTACTS and MESSAGES. apps and games i don't really care much..

Please help me, what should i do to keep my CONTACTS number and MESSAGES and still can sync with the new laptop?

Go ahead on your new lappy and make sure before connect your iPhone to iTunes on your new lappy,authorised your email account on that.If you asks how ? Read : http://bit.ly/cvWjth

Transfer all your purchase to your new lappy without worrying much on the content.NON of your Contacts,Messages,Notes,Calender,Address Book(iPad) wont get erased.

If you have SHSH blob saved for 4.3.3, then YES you can update with help of TinyUmbrella.
Just make sure you know whether your device is lock/unlock set
Else not possible.

What do you mean?
What version of iOS blobs you have now? Have you backup via TinyUmbrella before?

If your device is currently jailbroken, go to Cydia and you can see the SHSH being saved on saurik's server.
