Hi guys. my iphone4 create another problem again.

my friend was trying to call me when i was sleeping and my iphone was on silent. hence, it vibrates for quite a long time as there was 8 miss calls (i check when the phone is fixed).

Then when i try to pick up the call, it seems that my phone doesnt react to touch, home button and power button. it just keeps vibrating but there is no display (black screen).

imagine the phone is like being in off mode but keeps vibrating. I managed to fix the problem by hard reset (home+power button), and it literally hang-ed at the Apple Logo for a very long time (vibration already gone at this time).

Was wondering is this only occuring to me or there is others experiencing this as well?

Just wanna get more feedback incase this happens again and the hard reset doesnt work =/

I have an iphone4 ios 4.3.3, bought last year. i always syncing my iphone to the itunes on my old laptop (broken already)

Now i have a new laptop. So, i really worried that if i sync my iphone to the itunes at this new laptop, all data will get erased.

My concern here is only for CONTACTS and MESSAGES. apps and games i don't really care much..

Please help me, what should i do to keep my CONTACTS number and MESSAGES and still can sync with the new laptop?

may i noe izzit possible to update the firmware from 4.1 to 4.3.3 instead of latest 4.3.5

I help my sis upgrade ios since she nver upgrde from time she bought..i thnk ios 4.2..then today ihelp to syn(backup) and upgrade to 4.35(latest) ..but now stuck at error 3004..anyone can help? Is it i must upgrde to 4.3 first? Then 4.35? Can i click restore and choose 4.32 sumting like that?

hi all, i wanted to ask. If i update my iOS 4.3.3 to 4.3.5 with do backup before update, will my sms been deleted? i know that pictures and apps will not. but will sms been deleted?

Which means if i press update when i upgrade firmware, nothing is changed?
but if i press restore when upgrade firmware, need to restore back the settings so that it will retain everything?
which is the best way to update without losing anything including sms and settings?

What platform you are using? If you are on mac, use iPhoto save all the hassle. For windows, i thought when you plugged in a bar show up and you direct import from there?
