2 long shot goals conceded by our new goalkeeper and another one is possibly an offside goal.

afterall I can see downing and henderson playing really well and carroll won header as much as he can.He tried to set up the play for the others players.Dont slat him , support him please

"Good exercise" being used a lot on the game by the commentators.

3 in Malaysia

we can't say much about liverpool . hull played a really good game also today so no worries

yea true... our attack will definitely raise to another level when suarez, gerrard, and even reina are all back in the team...
we have carroll to head down the ball to danger zone where suarez and gerrard can smash it hard into the net... flex.gif

Carroll was faster than that during his tenure with Newcastle. Coyld it be due to the recent injury?

I agree with the statements on caroll as I also saw how he moved in bkt jalil and boy, he made it look so difficult. Agility is probably his lowest point. I'm sure though, that the lfc managemet already knows this and is trying their best to bring him back to optimum level. Personally I think they should really get him to cool down on all that pints of lager and ale.

My friend was telling me during the Malaysia match that KD should give Ngog more chance to play alongside Suarez. Not sure everyone agrees with that statement but it would be dangerous for lfc to play an out of form caroll just because they have to justify his price tag.

I've been a big fan of Carroll and it's no surprise then that I'm still backing him to make an impact with us. Yes, I must admit he's looked sluggish in pre-season so far but it's a time when players are stretching their legs after a layoff. We've still a little time to go before the season starts proper and I'm hoping he'll be back to full fitness in that time. Right now it looks as though his price tag may be burdening him.

Really hoping caroll-Suarez will be another toshack-Keegan combination. If they can pull it off, then next season will be awesome.
