what we lack now is a leader on the pitch. new players will take time to gel, yes its true.. but a leader.. seems Carra need to be more stronger in leading the team.. stevie, we need u out there..

maxi is a decent back up , touchwood *if kuyt,downing is injured I dont know who can replace him.Maxi is the best choice that can play on both flank and he didnt complaint sit on the bench.A quality professional and good friend to lucas and suarez too.
