still remember the Final of FA Cup 1992.. the day that i turned to be a Liverpool fan..

we beat Sunderland 2-0, thanks to the great Ian Rush and Michael Thomas thumbup.gif

the rise of Steve Mcmanaman.. if i'm not mistaken he was the youngest on the pitch that day..

apparently we are chasing one wonderkid. Marco Bueno, a mexican player.

he played well to help Mexico to win the U-17 WC recently.. Lucas Ocampos from Argentina also looks good. Impressed with his flair..

QUOTE(hellfye @ Jul 20 2011, 04:29 PM)
man.. all these names linked.. y cant we just promote our reserve or youth? give them a run in the teams.. cup games etc.. i mean we got loads of talents.. suso, toni silva, adam morgan, coady, ince to name a few..
*
Bueno still just 17. if bought him, surely he will not play straight into first team (unless the kid is EXTRAORDINARY but judging his performance at u-17, he's a decent player)

we do still need to buy young talent and to develop them the Liverpool way.. surely toni silva, morgan, coady, sterling, suso, etc will all be considered by KD to be in the first team sooner or later.. time will tell..

QUOTE(Rotuham @ Jul 20 2011, 06:37 PM)
I went to chelsea's training yesterday.

Torres grown back his long hair and was looking sharp.

But i still think he is a snob.Drogba and lamps were more fan-friendly compared to terry and torres.

Anyway, i still havent given up hope on getting aguero. That signing would really strike fear into our opponents.
*
Rotuham, who do u mean? Liverpool to sign Aguero? i tot man.c had bid accepted for aguero already..

I did read that. But i m still hoping.Aguero has said many good things about liverpool and also some agent quotes he prefers liverpool over man city.

And maxi good mates with aguero.Aguero came to liverpool to celebrate xmas with maxi. And since marca is a reliable source i will quote this.

Sergio Aguero, who looks destined to leave Atletico Madrid this summer, has been given some choice words from his present president Enrique Cerezo on where his next stop should be. As quoted in Marca, Cerezo believes “if Kun is goes to Real Madrid, bad luck. If he plays for Sevilla, that’s better. If it’s Liverpool, much better.”

having chance watching Ngog play in flesh , I do think he is a good player and have alot of potentials.I am lucky to sit near to Malaysia defense and I can see greatly how he always try to find a space for himself. My friends did agree with me with his skills and contributions to the game although it is only against Malaysia XI.

I think he is definitely good enough to play as 4th choice striker just behind Carroll , Suarez , Kuyt. I think he can be a very good player in 2-3 more years.
*
agreed. he learnt a lot when Torres was in his peak time at Liverpool those days. i believe he will only get better n better with support and guidance from the team members.

he should start alongside Kuyt for the opening match against Sunderland. icon_rolleyes.gif

Aqua need to stay.. if he does not stay and play for Liverpool, how he will ever lives up to his 17mil price tag move from Roma? he's a proven Serie A player.. give this season a chance to him.. Ngog might just be our very own version of Hernandez.. seriously King.. well, u know the best but sometimes u never know unless u try urself..

"Alberto Aquilani and David Ngog are edging nearer an Anfield exit as Kenny Dalglish warned his players they must earn the right for a part in Liverpool's future." http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/media-watch...ge-towards-exit

About a week ago, someone asked about Liverpool travel packages? Sorry but I can't remember who you are. I mentioned that a friend of mine is the GM of FootballFocusAsia and he's reverted after getting back from the UK. I might be able to get you a slight discount.
*
