Hi Aaron. It has been 2 years since I came to Monash Clayton and I will still be here this year (my 3rd year here) for my Masters/PhD. I just graduated last December from Electrical and Computer System Engineering. nod.gif

What course are you doing? hmm.gif

You need to go back to Taylors and get the syllabus from your LAN subjects head of department.

On another note, if you are free, just drop by Monash to ask about how to get exemptions. Their office are at Building 2 level 2. Can just ask the receptionist. Now still not much people and you can get your exemption quite fast and can fix any problems if there are hiccups. Once orientation is over there will be many people applying so if you are free better get it done first.

I highly doubt it, monash lower than taylor's.... doesn't seem right :/

According to the comments, the ranking is based on a study about the universities web presence.

If they can't get the latest names for the universities right then they should have no credibility at all. Taylor's has already achieved university campus for quite some time already.

I'm studying Electrical and Computer System Engineering!!
Can't believe I can meet a senior here =D
I am only going there for one semester though.
Pretty sure I'll screw up the robot project in year 3 sem 2 if I stay for 1 year.
Anyway, nice to meet you.

Oh cool. As I will most likely be a tutor for a couple of ECSE subjects, I guess you should be able to meet me. ; ) What units are you taking next semester?
Yea. Fair enough, I remembered for my time, the exchange program for the engineering faculty is only limited to 1 semester unless you agree to pay the 2nd semester fees in AUD, in which case you would be able to "exchange" in sem 2. That's precisely what I did. Is it still the same?

yes, it's still the same.
But I thought you completed your degree in Australia?
Does that mean you paid Monash Sunway back the fees for Year 3 Sem 1?
I would have transferred if not for the Monash Scholarship I am curently holding.
It's quite a big sum and I don't want my parents to spend too much on my education =D

Cool, a tutor huh?
I'll be taking
ECE3022 Wireless and Guided Electromagnetic Waves
ECE3092 Systems engineering and reliability analysis
ECE3093 Optimisation, Estimation and Numerical Methods
ECE4058 Electrical Energy - High Voltage Engineering

Are you tutoring any of these units? LOL
