zstan: Thank you so much. Cos of your help I was able to cut my travelling time by 15 minutes. smile.gif Found it easily.

Steel Up: The parking bays are where you turn left on the Monash main road. It's before the drop off zone. You just turn left into the parking lot, go under the boom gate and park anywhere. I think it's near the jungle.

You are most welcomed. biggrin.gif

Technically the fastest way to go nkve is to turn left after the monash paid parking. Reach the T Junction before Sunmit, make a U turn and take the ramp up and you will enter nkve immediately.

Unfortunately we are not living in an ideal world. The jam at the traffic lights are quite frustrating and it's kinda hard to cut in 4 lanes.

Turn left on Monash main road? Well, depends which direction you're coming from. Simplier, is it on the side of the Uni or opposite the Uni? Thanks.

Wooo, rationing of scarce resources. Microeconomics 101!

I hope it will only cost RM1, though. That is reasonable enough! tongue.gif

QUOTE(ceo684 @ Jul 28 2011, 03:44 AM)
that depends on the number of affected students and how many morning people cum non-drivers there are...

last time i had clashing lec caused by trade finance ecw2721, cos the lecturer was moonlighting some other uni so afternoon times are not available..clashed with money and caps..so our unit was deemed less important as money+caps was a huge class..at first set 6-8pm, banyak complains.. then change to 8-9 x2 instead.. i had "private lectures" in my car almost all the time...kept missing it because i was stuck at the kesas summit junction.
*
o.O
Arghh. I'm still in a bit of dilemma because of this. My lecturer have been asking me to change to other subject since it's an elective. It's a very small class, hardly 25 students, only one lecture and one tutorial session. I just wanna pass this subject because I find it useful for my future. Not so much of aiming to get a HD.

QUOTE(alaskanbunny @ Jul 29 2011, 07:54 AM)
how's cafeteria this time? still suck?
*
I haven't step into the cafeteria since uni started. Don't think I'll be doing so anytime soon. tongue.gif

QUOTE(baoz @ Jul 29 2011, 12:29 PM)
I don't get why the nuggets keep increasing their price. When it first started out, one packet costed Rm 2.90. Then went up to Rm 3.00. And now RM 3.50.
*
Not only that, she reduce the number of nuggets too. Last time got more. sad.gif
It's not as tasty as well.

QUOTE(zstan @ Aug 2 2011, 10:54 AM)
Left at the T junction. Then u will reach a mini roundabout. Go straight all the way to the end and then turn right. A huge building selling golf equipments will be on your left.  Go all the way straight and then you will the exit.
*
Sometimes that road all the way straight to the exit can be quite jam during peak hours, especially around 6-7pm.
What you can do is turn left immediately after you turn right at the last t-junction, at the next t-junction turn right, then go all the way straight (it's quite a big road), and turn right again at the next t-junction, then turn left and you'll end up at the exit. It's usually faster than the jam but very much longer.

QUOTE(Mercedes @ Aug 2 2011, 02:13 PM)
Yeah, where is the "unpaid" parking??  Pray tell...
*
It's the so call "Desert", or if you turn left, it's the "Jungle". wink.gif

Added on August 3, 2011, 9:14 pmOh and they actually done up the Jungle parking edi, but still lots of rocks and sand. They just filled up the holes. Much better than last time.

Relatively new! This is my second sem here at Monash. And I guess I haven't been checking my Monash email thoroughly.

Oh well, it can't be helped I guess. RM2 per entry is still tolerable...I think. unsure.gif
