Seems like the university is accepting more and more jerks into our ranks. This guy parked so badly, I had to waste time manoeuvring my car kaw kaw to get out of my parking spot even though I had to leave urgently.

Whoever knows this lesen kopi driver, please tell him to have the decency to not repeat such a thing since I at least had the decency to censor his plate number. Next time he does this, I'll deliver my own brand of justice against his car.

I feel you bro. Our car park system/area is a real hell hole.

Not to mention some people really have no sense of civic-mindedness. See you waiting there for a parking spot and they can just zoom right in from the other direction. So called university graduates. Spit on their toilet paper.

I encountered this the other day. Peak hour, couldn't find parking. Made sure this guy cannot enter his own driver's seat if he can't even park properly. Mind you, his other side had damn a lot of space!

U wont get new PC since it's the Pro Vice Chancellor's decision to ditch most of the desktops in the library in order to promote wireless technology. The library bought 80 units of HP Folio 13 for a reason.

Added on September 23, 2012, 11:09 pmSecond reason y ditch desktops in favour for laptops is because there are a number of people that went missing after placing their belongings to hog the desktops in library for (n) amount of hours ...making those students who really need to use a PC cannot find 1 to use while there are many PC's which 'looks like' no ppl is occupying them.

This happens even in computer lab.

Oh yea , last week and this week assignment+test how???? School of Science sux so badly. I'm wondering about School of Business

food poisoning last week for me, so i had an extension for one of two assignments, basically die last week and die tmrw XD
sucks for business students cos we get multiple assignments at once and it would be a massive shock cos we're mostly slacking most of the semester school of science has it tougher i reckon.

as for hoggers, why not just use an auto-logout system? school of it has that iirc.

Waaa.. At least you guys can extend. Science cannot extend ... Then i think is whole campus also massive shock... I can see it in library. 10pm before library close still got so many people and cars in the carpark. If you come on saturday, dont be surprised to see free parking is full at 10am.

Auto-logout system only works when the PC is idle means no browser open, my computer not open, virtually nothing at all. So people found the glitch and so..they... u noe wat already la..

It's so hard to battle the hoggers.They put their belongings on the cubicle and disappear. Then automatically people will know someone booked that PC.

Oh yea, you guys saw the new block under construction beside the free car park???? it's for new course.. Civil engineering is 1 of them.

But if I fail my papers, I can retake them for sure, right? Just wondering do I have to pay the full fees for the unit? And say, if I got a HD after resitting the paper, do I get a HD or a just a P?

not really... some units offer you a supplementary paper and i think the highest grade you can go is pass or credit (not sure about the credit part).. some units you have to repeat the next semester/year and you have to pay full fees and for this you can get HD..

So in conclusion, do your best and give it all you can... Okay.. Thanks btw.

Hey guys. I need y'all to help me out on this. Well I just got my Ielts result recently. Unfortunately, one of my individual band couldn't meet 6.0:( For the other three bands I scored higher than 6.0. My overall score met their requirement, which is 6.5. I was just wondering whether they treat English as a very important requirement or what. Could I make any appeals for this kinda case? Oh yea, I wish to go for Food Science in Monash Sunway.

Not really. seems like you can already get in with a good grade in SPM GCE o levels english.
