I took, but is from PBBank. I received a letter, but called to the lawyer firm and they said is only to inform us that they are submitting the documents to the bank. No need to pay anything.

i got letter from lawyer..but i dunno what they write le.. >.<

What letter is that? Regarding?

there is 3 letters..

a) if i not mistaken, the lawyer asked us to enclose security documents (letter of oofer, SPA, deed of mutual covenants and master title) i where got this thing o

b) another letter asked me whether agree to accept partial redemption of the property as and when the progress work for the property has been completed by the developer up to each relevant stage

c) stated will release payment according to SPA payment schedule and request me to send a copy of redemption from bank (i where got it o)

how come i did not get these 3 letters?
Did anyone get it as well?

What it mean by newcomer? Developer or first time buyer? How they define affordable ?

I got a letter from lawyer.. Said i need to collect my Facilities Agreement , Deed of Asignment and Power of Attorney.

2nd letter from ambank. Stated they already disburst my secondary loan (mrta + bank lawyer fee) and need to start pay 1.3.2012.

I need to start paying on1.3.12 with comitment of rm1xx per month...

Not sure how ur banker put ur mrta in the loan.. But mine mrta are put seperate with the housing loan. Therefore i need to start pay althought im taking dibs.

i think they put in same loan acc, but MRTA and law fee start disburse already, this is the reason why we need to start feed the bank.

do you get any bank statement from bank? semi flexi will have account with book + card ?

eh..mine is semi flexi but i dont get any card or acc. book.... ". i remembered i ask for card or book.. but they said they wont provide for this type of account wor....

and yes MRTA & law fees already disburse if not fully disburse..

For Amara. It is depends on your loan type, which is DIBS and Non DIBS which is optional when you purchase.

For DIBS, developer would not absorb the finance MRTA interest. It is you either pay yourself into your Home Loan Savings Account or, developer pay behalf of you, and you need to pay back developer.

Some letters mentioned as above, kindly take a look whether the letter is address to you to request such doc or the letter is address to bank/other solicitor if Non DIBS and cc copy to you.
