budget around 1000-1500
to taste osx and try ios development...
no need bluetooth
external vga card = pci-e gpu? like nvidia or ati? yes nvidia..

Just buy mac mini for RM1899 if you just want to "taste" osx. Safe you a lot of time.

at first already consider mac mini i7,

But you cannot just get any i7 system or even i5, be it real mac or hackintosh with > 1TB HDD and the lowest NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M in your price range (RM1000-RM1500)

Please be realistic a bit.

The benefit of constructing Hackintosh your self is that you can construct a very powerful desktop at not so expensive cost.
Most Intel mainboard can be use I guess and than get a I7 CPU (8 cores)
but the problem is graphics/sound card driver...I haven't got my sound card working yet and the graphics is still 1024x768.

Bad thing, most Z77 Gigabyte mobos available to us here are using the VIA audio chipset. Though there are few that are still using Realtek (like the Z77 HD3).

There are a lot:
Paragon NTFS: Paid and 1 of the best
Tuxera NTFS: Paid and good. I using now

There are also couple of free one which is not that good.
