QUOTE(Mike3300 @ Aug 8 2011, 01:45 AM) They're using Minion DH and they're suggesting High Roller, really? High Roller needs you to push your limits as it's not a lazy tyre, plus it makes noise when on smooth terrains. It's an okay do-it-all tires for me. Aren't Muddy Marry a wet condition tire?Try Muddy Mary or Continental. Added on August 8, 2011, 1:24 pmI'm not sure exectly how true this is, but I heard from someone yesterday that KSH got Schwalbe? Armorfriend, if budget is really a concern, try to get wired version. It's much cheaper. But there will be wires dangling from the fork up to the handlebar though. It should retail for less than 100. For wireless version, it's around 100~200 for the basic model and can go up quite high for additional bells and whistles.

QUOTE(shanecross @ Aug 9 2011, 11:16 AM) Hey guys, been lurking around this thread for quite sometime. I have the merida matts speed back at home and was planning to start mtb again slowly. Don't think I can afford to splurge cash into downhill racing again but looking at some nice dirt riding (XC) but still want some intensity out of it. Anyone here does it on a regular basis? U ride the the sifus here in Kiara, it's as intense as it will ever be without going full DH.Also, Chamelion, Maxguy Rad are HT riders IIRC. And they're fast! Boner used to be a HT kaki also. |

QUOTE(majorsinbad @ Aug 12 2011, 11:21 AM) What are you getting for paying that much for cassette apart from looks, probably weight ...and Hope brand? It's also due to a super wide range 9T~36T. Intergrated freehub+cassette, slightly lighter and might be cheaper in total cost since it's a 9speed cassette. I'd get that if I run a hope hub... Wonder how it looks after kena chain lube ...but nonetheless it looks nice |

QUOTE(yellow_label2207 @ Aug 12 2011, 01:08 PM) Fuiyoh! I would have fapped if it wasn't for my company's strict dress code. As good as it its already, it's still missing something simpler. Looks kinda messy at the rear wheel. If only the owner will clean it up there... Perfect! Added on August 12, 2011, 2:28 pm QUOTE(yellow_label2207 @ Aug 12 2011, 02:19 PM) hahaha just for photo taking purposes. Pity ur girlfren la...
