Like Dato Xand says, just a set of hex key will do for a start. It can be had for like RM10/set for those china made ones.

Well, you could in theory tighten it with your jaw. Bite hard on the screw. Hold up your bike and turn it anti clockwise. Stop when you feel your jaw's slipping or you chip a tooth. sweat.gif
