Any good app to recommend for watching good quality movie? I was surprised my tab does not support MP4 and MKV out of box... and also it doesn't have WiFi direct like SGSII had... feel a bit disappointed...
Tried 2 top movie apps from market (forgot the name) but audio was out of sync with the video...

when i use stock player " it says it sorry, this video cannot be played "
rock player lite " can't open "
mobo player "can't open "

just bough my tab around 1 week ago, love it, but application is very limited, those must have apps like facebook also dont have =(

Benny when u use friendme is the apps instantly load all ur detail?
Mine can even load at all after i close the program
I need to logout and login again
Btw i current using frencaster beta for tab but having error when notification come

sometimes bit cacat.. u need to establish first connection.. when send from phone to tab failed.. then u try send any file from tab to phone, once started, cancel it.. then the connection is established, u can send from phone to tab..

hello guys. i've been doing some research mostly reading through this thread, specs and prices for :

samsung galaxy tab 10.1 wifi+3g
samsung galaxy tab 7' wifi+3g (the old one).

i don't really do rooting although i've been using wildfire for more than a year already.

i want to use this tablet for :

1. surf the net just like a normal laptop, skype,ym, etc3.
2. a little bit of gaming (not a priority)
3. reading PDF files
4. i want to put my 2nd number (prepaid) so that i can use it for texting only.
5. my main internet connection will be wifi although i want to purchase 3g version. i will use hot spot via my wildfire or any wifi connection available at that particular time.

my main number will be used on my wildfire (DG smartplan).

is anyone here was previously using the old tab and now using this 10.1 model?
do you recommend me to pay a little more and buy this version or go for the old one which is a little cheaper?
ps : i know i've been asking a lot lately. but, a 2k investment is a bit steep for me and i need to make sure i know everything or done a proper research so that i won't regret using it for the next year or two .

the main point i buy tab is for my gf to ply fb game ..
but the lag dissapointed us

Even car usb charger doesnt support.. How much current mAH needed? the socket i got is 1000mAH. Still not support.

Need help.. How to do hard reset other than thru setting>privacy>erase everything....?? Is there any physical button combination method?

I find out, if shut down tab, and plug in pc usb able to charge the tab. Cannot charge while tab is turn on.

I dunno why people are buying this knowing it doesn't have microUSB or microSD
transformer is even better, waiting for S1 and new Toshiba makes more sense

i see no point to not buy SGT for just don have microSD and MicroUSB....
SGT got the point which is light and the screen is awesome...for the one who wanna get a netbook experience like tablet can go for asus TF...
i got SGT coz i felt tht the design and screen suits me more...
