QUOTE(archinkent @ Aug 29 2011, 02:02 AM) just bought the usb connector and kinda regretting it now. cant use my external hard drive with it, which is fine, but if im gonna have to transfer my files into the thumbdrive then to the tab, i might as well plug the tab straight to my pc and transfer. oh well. also bought the charging dock which is awesome. Did u try to connect ur external hd with power supply? Coz i remember saw somewer in the net someone connects his galaxy s2 with external hd together with power supply... |

i am a yes huddle user and maxis broadband user... yup, there's no denying that yes speed is amazing compared to other broadband, however if you are a heavy user i dont recco it, even yes guys doesnt recco it... its not suitable for downloading stuff... my gf was using her ipad + huddle, and it cost her around 180 a month on a value pack just to view youtube, downloading apps and many more... as for me, once i swap my bband with my gf's yes huddle, the 68 valuepack still has a lot of balance in it... my logic was based on my own experience, but yes is all about value if you consider the speed, call time and smses u get...but the faster you want, the more you pay... and the more you use, the more you pay as the model is based on pay per use or valuepack... just my 2cen

QUOTE(benny888 @ Aug 29 2011, 11:36 AM) The Tab 10.1 has NO calls capability . I have been seeing this question being ask so many times. Wait for 8.9 Tab or buy the 7" tab if you wish to make phone calls agreed on the speed... All the talk of someone hacking it to make calls is also BS as it is not designed to make calls The YES Huddle is quite small, just like those old Nokia handphone about 4.5X2.5 inch. If you can carry a 10" tablet, why not another small handphone. The YES huddlew has 2 obvious disadvantages: battery life 5 hours and uit gets obvious hot in use ( average 40+ to 50 degree centigrade) I use the YES huddle mainly one reason , SPEED amazingly fast and my data usage seldom exceed 3 GB/month so the monthly plan of RM 68 is just nice for me. Use it and you will not want to use your telco 3G simcard anymore for data download chill uncle benny... i think he's referring to yes life just like ios... but i dont think there's yes life app for android... if they do, u might be able to make calls... just like yes life for ios, ipod touch and ipad wifi can make calls just becoz of the app... but again, like we've been saying before, tab cant make calls like the previous tab and its quite bulky man... who wanna make calls using a humongous phone in this era...? lol... |

ive downloaded a few games that cant be played on the tab... such as modern combat 2:black pegasus, the controls are out of portion... and the market doesnt differentiate which one for tablet and which one is for phone...
