i actually need to open a few tabs....100+ all with interior design pictures and some description cause i usually refer to them when im doing research or getting inspiration.
The addon you recommend only work best for manga right???

is google chrome better than FF???
FF is kinda screwing up right now. Their move to come out with new version every few weeks which is buggy and buggier makes me so mad. Open like 30+tabs....starts to lag.

Mine was fixed with a newer Chrome build a day that. Tabs randomly crashed just like you but i'm using Canary build.

Very stable for me altho not as quick as Chrome.

@trace, yup it works with manga like the pictures. it basically hunts down the jepeg/png extension at the url and opens a new tab then the other saves them.
for firefox, dun let it update after u go from 4.0 to 5.0 stable. the rest is just plain bad foxies..

What about Resource Monitor -> Disk -> Disk Activity, got a lot action ?

asked about hhd lights but i think he didnt understand..
i realise 5400rpm is kinda very slow. coppy stuff n browsing becomes slow

i didn't change any battery performance setting. is the default in powersaver mode? if not, then i am not in that mode

You can go to Device Manager, under Disk Drives, it will list your HDD model.

For the Power Plan, click the battery icon on system tray, it should tell you which Power Plan you are on.

planning to get the N43 jay chou version.. i am wondering is this laptop powerful enough to run photoshop CS5 and lightroom for photo editing

hope the sifus here and give me some advice on this..
