hi experienced Defy users

I'm planning to get this phone but would like to know is there reall a major difference between Defy+ and the normal Defy?

I've never used an Android phone before but planned to get a tough phone so that it can sustain some drops.

Also may I know the price range of these 2 phones now? [Did some searching and it's around RM1k for Defy+...]

as far as i know just the processor clockspeed different...
defy=800mhz
defy+= 1Ghz

plus battery different

hey guys does our Defy support MOTOCAST WIRELESS? or are there any other software out there that's the same?

don know which one to choose, defy+ or atrix, haha

flashed to latest 1.12.16 ICS by wajkiui but seem lke it eat more battery then previous with same CPU setting!

thinking to revert back to 1.12.02

my miui 1.10.28 crashes alot due to flash dualboot too much
flashed latest miui 1.12.16 6 hous didnt touch it 15% battery gone

with Wajkiui latest 1.12.16
overnight (unplug @ 1am wake up @ 730am) battery 89%

uhh uhh =.= still consume battery lot ler...
going to try cmiui back

... then i'm staying with wajkiui 1.12.02 lah.

lol.. Atrix sure damm fast la..
me using it as main phone already..

salim, how's the ROM modding scene for atrix? as good as defy or even better? thinking of going that route too... does the laptop dock works with custom ROMs for the atrix?

not bad also. got more rom to play also. (compare to Defy) and if want play nice. take AT&T Set. coz International Set Atrix is like SGS2 G version.. less support at XDA.

and if wanna buy highly suggest unit that DOESN'T UPGRADE yet to official Gingerbread. coz it wil be harder to unlock bootloader and ur chance to PERMANENT BRICK it wil wait u.

as for mine is AT&T and already unlock when buy.. so safe me the trouble and the risk.

webdock doesnt try yet. but got few webdock HDMI hack at XDA..
wil try out if can later..
