If you look at the back cover there's no raised enclosure part like the original version so I doubt it would be waterproof. The actual 3500mAh battery was made by a company called monaco I think. After having the andida battery im now a bit skeptical with all these high capacity battery, especially the unbranded ones.

I've tried aftermarket batteries before (not this 3500mAH ones though) and the problem seems to be the contacts. Always lose contact with the phone causing the phone to shut off (not proper shutdown, just simply no power and die). Worried that this will cause data / file corruption in the long run so I decided to stop using it. The supplier sent a new set to me, still the same problem. I wanted to return everything back to the supplier, but no reply from him, so I just forget it lah. Luckily it doesn't cost me a lot.

Been searching online for a 'guide' on how to properly set the CPU setting on the CM7 to enable it to save battery as much as possible on my Defy. I read in some forums folks are getting 4 days before the next charge. (Bestnya!)

Wah yours good la. Mine Only on wifi unhook from charger around 8 am. Facebook, message, whatsapp by 9 pm or so around 30% already. Is that normal or can I still do more?

talking about batt, my defy never lasts more than 24 hours. on heavy usage, usually by 10pm its almost dead already. Sometime forgot bring charger really....fuuuuu....

I don think its cover for water damage. the customer service guy at service center say its splash proof not resistance. but first time can just act bodoh say donno. don be stupid say damage by water, say ownself damage.

LOL miui user not sleeping just to flash the rom..1.8.5 seems to have no bug..flashing it now!! will check if bootmenu cpu setting bug again.

What's the difference between .us and miuiandroid?
