walau klang at RM500 psqft? I think the landed in klang also not so expensive leh....i remember mah sing semi d starting price only RM350k... now studio RM 250k??? mad ar?

Didn't apply.. Ask them check market value for me pun tak Ada. They have few of my documents.
No follow up sucks..
Their valuer all never hear before also.

If one desperate for 90 percent, Can try and post results please.

but i doubt also.... if take business also so "lazy" then i can imagzine how if you got any dispute for the accounts, no one will bother and entertain your complaint.... quite scary also... Go Bank negara then say this MBXB is not follow BNM guideline so unable to assist... sweat.gif

balloting does not necessarily mean expecting to sell out.
it cuts off runner and agents trying to q and sell bookings.
it allows a fair chance for all to pick the choicest units.
common after ballot, 50% remain for anyone to buy anytime.
of course, no guarantee the super-privileged won't get reserved bookings and discounts.

taikor, the developer is very insist it is in shah alam...hence the extra $psf , but the problem is even shah alam also not 500psf, i think they have consider themself desa park city no.2 in making shocking.gif

maybe wanna hold breath for a day or 2.

tmrw, we'll know if 1000 units of these 520psf sofos will get 20% or 80% booking.
either way, it will say everything about how the market is looking at the developer, the prop and the place.

newbie here in low yat... i got to know that the Setiacity mall is due for completion 2012 but already 75% tenanted out with major tenants include gsc and parkson

Since this sofo completed only in 2015 begining, Setia Alam should be in full development by then.

I would estimate that the price would be double the selling price (i.e. 500K upwards) taking into consideration inflation and the development by 2015 in setia alam.

Does anyone know if there were any other parts of the commercial center that were launched prior to this or is this the first?
