In Da Men's case, they only release the selling price to the invited guest hours before the balloting ... many went on the launch day and got turn off by the selling price.... end up having less crowd for the balloting process .. in this case it backfired

I think many ppl still went hoping for miracle early bird discount if get balloted>15% .... end up only 10%
