is a good marketing weapon but mainly work on reputable developers who well anticipated the market expectation
In Da Men's case, they only release the selling price to the invited guest hours before the balloting ... many went on the launch day and got turn off by the selling price.... end up having less crowd for the balloting process .. in this case it backfired |
