yah. previously i tot of turbocharging my car. the cost is really high. but to me previously my perception on turbo is the engine will not last and it consume more petrol. then after research i found that it help in FC. then recently i found that car producers are starting to introduced turbocharged car. so it seems like turbocharging does have more advantage.@@ research is important. hahahaha. but the knowledge of car is really a lot to study.

Yeap.. Basically nothing has been tuned la.. Probably the air to fuel ratio, cos I really bising at CoSE that time & they tuned my ECU for my engine to run slightly richer..

All those things are not hard to learn.. First u need to know what u're going to install into ur car.. Then u go find out the fundamentals of it.. Do research kaw kaw before u install.. U'll never regret it..

Now, usually ppl who do bolt on turbo on their car are performance-crazy. So they want the most out of their car while ignoring reliability. And bolt on turbo can make ur engine unreliable as the original parts are not meant to be turbocharged. Turbo creates a lot of heat, and without the right parts (down to the pistons, turbines), ur engine won't last u more than 80-100k KMs.

hahahaha~~i love 406. i saw the 406 is RM20k in really good condition lah. so still wondering. is not the age of the car tat matters lah. just the driving experience. seriously i love driving my dad's volvo although is old coz i feel so save driving real fast. but it do feel a little uncle.

Okay.. I'll need 1-2 more guesses before i reveal the answer here.. So Zeng!! U're up!!

Last time I wanted to get a 406 & make it look real nice. Remove everything, repaint it to Honda's Nighthawk Black Pearl, slap on some 18 inch rims, get LED tail lamps & HID spotlights, tint it to the darkest (yet legal), and get a set of exhaust system.

But then after thinking bout the parts.. Malas lah..

i will take a 20 as a guess XD. but she is sweet man.
but with the right parts and quality part i suppose the car may last?? coz thats wat i think. but i still havent heard any blown proton engine due to turbocharging??

hahaha~~lol...sometime feel that modding make me malas. straight away buy a M3 or Skyline or any nice looking sport car will do the job. but, what to do. now still young, with no money. hahahaha~~

Turbocharging is not that simple. (Well of course it's simple if u just go to a modder & get a BoT kit & ask them to install, but the real work behind it & the parts needed will boggle ur mind.) I doubt u'll be able to find a set of suitable pistons (Proton has yet to release any turbocharged engines based on our Campro), so u'll need to customize some forged pistons. These pistons aren't cheap, and they must be made specifically to suit our engines well.
