damn... have you emailed them? I emailed them although mine is still haven't reached 17days yet but they replied me with very-off-topic email. Something about catalogue??? I believed they have messed up with another person's email.

Anyone online purchase from Kitbag before?
How long it takes to deliver to your doorstep?

Not quite sure with team here on the place to be delivered, but I have purchased numerous of parcel from Kitbag recently via standard delivery, which sent to my office and so far I received the parcel a week after it's being shipped.

yes. 3-5 days via UPS & 14 days via standard airmail

i dont recommend u to buy from them now because its near to christmas and they may have dealt with tons of orders from all over the world and yours maybe get stuck somewhere and to make it worse you cannot trace them if you use their standard delivery. I ordered my shirt on 21st Nov and still haven't received mine yet.

Same as mine, I purchased and shipped on 28th November. Till now I have not receive. What should I do now?

dude, they use normal post to sent, or post laju to sent to office.
i always wonder what if they deliver on a Saturday! or when u not in office?

I have emailed them twice. First they replied offtopic. Maybe other person's email..
Second, still no reply. Maybe this is the last time I will order to Kitbag.

As have ben advised numerous times by seasoned buyers, use standard delivery at your own risk. You are unable to track the items and it takes a while for them to be delivered - my longest wait was 2 months.

If you want a piece of mind and fast devliery, pay the fees for UPS

Another thing is oviously the "good" reputation of our Malaysian Pos. Nuf said.

And although KB has refund policies for lost parcels, i am just afraid there may be a time when we become blacklisted for the high occurence of such lost parcels.

when the standard airmail from UK reach M'sia, pos malaysia will treat the package as normal mail, not being delivered by pos laju.

allrite, will keep wait for a while more... so 7-10 working days after they have the status shows shipped?

i think Kitbag needs to change the way they package the shirts. currently the entire details of the package (which club, patch and name) will be shown on the parcel itself. therefore, if we use standard delivery, someone who sees the parcel will be tempted to juz grab it or maybe it might even be grabbed before it is delivered to us. =/

it happened to me last year nearly xmas
i received the parcel exactly after 45days

I ordered from Kitbag & mine was shipped on 30th November. Finally I got it today. What a relieved, it was the first time I bought from Kitbag, luckily nothing bad happened. Now waiting for my next order to arrived

i dont think it could be done such way. its for the custom checking/clearance
