its my 3rd order (08/12/2011) from kitbag. same payment method before this but with no problem stuck at Code 10 Query status.
my earlier order on 29/11/2011 is shipped and is expected to arrive this week.

i've just emailed kitbag and will let u guys know once they reply.

oh yes. i rem. my previous email from kitbag which last week asked via fb. they apologized for the delay & i suspected perhaps due to heavy load. ive chosen UPS & yet delay in the process to ship out.

still waiting, to arrive, hopefully by tomorrow or Wednesday.

I need some advice here, my order from kitbag have been shipped on 2nd Dec using UPS. It should arrive on 5th Dec to me. When i tracked the shipment it is still in Shenzen, China untill now. I called UPS so mane times and yet they still cannot give an update about my package. The last time i called the UPS in charge of my case, he said that maybe the package is lost but they still doing the investigation to track it through UPS UK. TRACER have been initiated he said. My question is:

1. Anyone experience this before?
2. If my package is lost how i'm gonna make a refund with KITBAG?
3. How long does the refund done by KITBAG will take?


I still hope that my package will arrived.

wow! this is interesting to know even shipped via UPS, still parcel can get lost. Shipped on Dec 2 till now... i'll make noise too if i were u. Just email kitbag & tell them your situation. Im sure they will attend to it. fastest is u write to kitbag via facebook & pls write them ur order number too.

mine also quite funny today, the new city store required our dob upon log in which never happen before.

Hmm this is interesting. Maybe the parcel was assigned to the wrong country Anyway, usually you have to wait for a month to confirm the parcel is lost, then you need to email Kitbag regarding the issue then fill up a simple form and email it back to them. You need to wait for a week and either choose for resend or a refund. Good luck!

Fellow jersey collectors / wearers, I need some help / suggestion. I bought an England jersey last year (the white one with collar) and wore probably less than 5 times and it's hanging in the cupboard most of the time.

But yesterday, I found out that the collar has changed to yellowish colour while the rest is still white colour. I've tried a normal wash but 'stain' is still there.

Any idea how do to wash off the 'stain'? Or is it a no hope case?

How about the sizing? is it same as other brand or it is tighter? i was told that this season's napoli shirt is tighter

oh! im not sure about this.. sizes differs due to cutting, brand & etc..etc.. since he mentioned he has S & M it should be ok

Looks a bit like the Lille kit....nice!

Had bought a 2002-03 Man United third kit, a bit curious about the authenticity. Made in UK, didn't have any washing tags. The badge have the white pieces on the back of it also - but the Nike swoosh looks perfect.

Anyone can enlighten me on this one?
