After looking into your query, I can confirm your order was despatched out with Royal Mail on a standard delivery method on the 16.11.2011,  unfortunately as this is just a standard delivery service we are not provided with any tracking details.



This service should normally take 7-10 working days for delivery with this delivery method; If after this period the order remains un-delivered it is a requirement with the Royal Mail that you allow further 15 working days (Monday – Saturday) before contacting us.



If you do not receive your order after the 25 working days or by the 15.11.2011, please contact us by telephone or email and we will conduct further investigations.

maybe ur parcel got lost in transit. if that's the case, u'll get ur refund anyway.

many ppl have bought from KB and are satisfied. this is a peak period for them anyway with everyone wishing to take advantage of the promotions and free standard delivery. when there's postage involved, there's always a chance ur parcel is going to get lost since u're using standard delivery regardless of who you buy from.

so if u cant accept such things happening once in a while, retails stores in Malaysia such as Mykitzone is a better option for u. no waiting and no lost parcels. =)
