hello guys...regarding KITBAGASIA...is there a limit for taxes there? thanks
while i understand what and why u r trying to ask, but i would advise from asking more tax related questions, especially it has been made clear that under malaysian tax laws, for shirts and jerseys, the tax-exempt limit is rm500 inclusive air freight. i do acknowledge that some couriers are more forthcoming in declaring the actual values of shirts while others are not, hence some are more prone to taxes, but i think any further discussion would be discussing illegal ways to avoid taxes which is, illegal in malaysia. what the courier company does (declaring, under declaring etc) is beyond us, but for us it is imperative to adhere to the law, ie rm500 and below. this thread should conentrate on jersey talk

but just this once, in answer to your query, it is yes there is a limit as with others ie rm500, but then again unlikely to be taxed becos they use DHL who always underdeclare.
hope this will be the end of the tax questions. cheers.
