That's y i left the FB Android Development Groups , mostly Msian and LYN members ...... They feel having cracked/free apps is ok . The comment i got from them is " why pay when there are free ones "

In the Xperia Arc group , on this subject one user even tell me , so poor now after buying phone -  few ringgit can help buy a meal and he has  no more money to buy apps
I don't know whether he is serious or meant it to be a joke. But seriously if a RM2k phone is above budget and everyday have to count the few ringgit to survive - I pity him. He can still enjoy Androids on a lower cost phone

You were not clear ; you flash the LIteninhg update zip ??? You can only flash this from recovery provided you have Litening 2.0 installed on phone

If you are moving from another rom : use odin to flash Litening 2.0 ; than only use recovery to flash the update zip file

This is agood one. Another worth considering is the free app Note Everything - this has a additional bonus you can input by just writing on screen ( several colour and point sizes)

How do you clear the ccard info?

hmmm... i noticed sometimes the wifi would actually 'hang', meaning no wifi traffic will pass. i need to turn off and then turn on wifi again for it to work. will monitor and see when this happens...

and i just had my first auto reboot just now. *sigh*

was trying to browse a site when i noticed my wifi wasn't working (see above). was trying to disable wifi when the phone just rebooted by itself...

Its dark + pretty... dark = more battery savings ;D

ive just compared my display with a friend, he's is bluish but mine is yellowish+greenish a bit

which one is the "OK" one actually? is it due to different manufacturing batch? To me personally, when i view whites, its white enough (coming from HTC LCD display phones), so i dun think its a defect. What do u guys think? Do u think the yellowish bit (looks more white when display white) or the bluish bit display is fine and which one is the defect display or is it actually due to diff batch so not actually a defect

Eh, your silke is like that? Mine's quite snug, definitely can't move the phone up and down.

Yesterday went to Maxis center again for the SGS2, unfortunately, still unavailable in any Maxis center even now you can easily buy one at nearest handphone shop or booth. So borrowed the demo set to try once again, flicked there flicked here, opened apps, played movie, played music, then suddenly that thing hanged, no response what ever you press and touch, have to remove the battery and restart, at process of battery changing, that girl break the battery cover (opps, the battery cover quaity is just too bad, so easy to break). After that tried the iPhone 4, and honestly, the iPhone 4 still the best, Andriod still need to work harder to chase the ios. So in the end I got my first iPhone.
