Why?
Is it bcoz my worked out overload?
or i drank too much water?
Feel like vomit everytime but ytday is my worst day tat i vomit out.
How to prevent?

Why?

doubt it has anything related to your workout routine. should be either u consumed something heavy before ur workout or u have digestive problem.
i vomited 3 times due to low blood pressure where i cannot work my lower body followed by upper body. the blood just won't circulate fast enough to my upper body. |

normally when i work on my legs only i will feel like vomiting.
the trainer told me is because all the blood going down to ur leg, therefore u feel like vomiting becoz upper body not enuff blood. |

Vomit syndrome usually happen when you overtrain and did not give enough time for your muscle to recover. Generally speaking when we exercise our muscle use up all oxygen and when oxygen is not available lactic acid is temporary form and used in the muscle. This acid lactic usually will clear itself when you rest and breathe in more oxygen but if you continue to train without recovery, when the acid lactic builds up a lot you will feel like vomitting.
train legs are the worst due the legs muscle form the biggest muscle group in the body. |
