Vomit syndrome usually happen when you overtrain and did not give enough time for your muscle to recover. Generally speaking when we exercise our muscle use up all oxygen and when oxygen is not available lactic acid is temporary form and used in the muscle. This acid lactic usually will clear itself when you rest and breathe in more oxygen but if you continue to train without recovery, when the acid lactic builds up a lot you will feel like vomitting.
train legs are the worst due the legs muscle form the biggest muscle group in the body.
