Why?

Is it bcoz my worked out overload?
or i drank too much water?

Feel like vomit everytime but ytday is my worst day tat i vomit out.

How to prevent?

2 hours after my dinner.
half an hour after drank my protein(1 cup)

i dunno wat is the name i do.
normally is related to my biceps, triceps, shoulders and ABS.

normally getting near 1 hour when my work out.

I tot is my protein but then ytday i try dun wan drink but is also like this.


Added on July 8, 2011, 9:23 pmoh ya, i go gym alone.
so i dun rest for long after 1 set(3sets).

so b4 1 hour, i will feel exhausted de.
then the rest of the work up is i push myself to do.

Eat light before you head to gym man. Sometime that happens to me, I would graps some air somewhere before continuing.

doubt it has anything related to your workout routine. should be either u consumed something heavy before ur workout or u have digestive problem.

i vomited 3 times due to low blood pressure where i cannot work my lower body followed by upper body. the blood just won't circulate fast enough to my upper body.

drink a little bit water while worked out..
oso same got this vomit feeling..

guess is my work out is overload!

Eat light like bread before go to gym (2 hours minimum). Dont drink protein... Normally protein is for after workout.. If you drink before, ur stomach full and you will vomit.. brows.gif brows.gif

normally when i work on my legs only i will feel like vomiting.

the trainer told me is because all the blood going down to ur leg, therefore u feel like vomiting becoz upper body not enuff blood.

yaya.. especially when u burp tat time..

i force myself to drink wan.. actually i dun wan to drink de.
got 1 time i drink almost vomit out.. but i juz tahan! doh.gif

but the problem is , tat time i test nvr drink then vomited out.. icon_question.gif

but i m doing upper body, not working out on leg wan..
if not enuff blood circulation .. how?
i wan test see will appear or not this problem.

Vomit syndrome usually happen when you overtrain and did not give enough time for your muscle to recover. Generally speaking when we exercise our muscle use up all oxygen and when oxygen is not available lactic acid is temporary form and used in the muscle. This acid lactic usually will clear itself when you rest and breathe in more oxygen but if you continue to train without recovery, when the acid lactic builds up a lot you will feel like vomitting.

train legs are the worst due the legs muscle form the biggest muscle group in the body.

i used to drink protein 2 hours b4 workout
no prob of vomit too....
sumtimes even chick breast
