Alvaro Pereira, he's a left back player at Porto and Uruguay. AVB knows him well.
But i dont really fancy this guy, why? because we already have two quality left back VAN AANHOLT and RYAN BERTRAND. Honestly i'm very impressed with their performance during the pre-season, both have the potential and attacking instinct like Ashley.
its a pity for Benny if its true. there is no doubt Benny is quality and a hardworking player. but his age is abit of a down factor and if Lampsy wasnt a fan favorite, i bet there is a big possibility that he is the one on the trading table based on his performance since last season. i just hope the senior players knows when to quit when their time comes, else the club will be dragged down. i dont mind if they are playing very well regardless of age, but if you're not performing and you're at that age, it would be wiser to hang up the boots.
well, thats kinda true. but i think he'll come good this season, if no injury strike him again. he's very creative and hardworking player. we have that in Zhirkov also, but hes gone now. im gonna put my bet for Josh instead, i have faith to this lad
Van der vaart confident in saying modric will stay, and suddenly there isn't much noise now..hoho. alvaro perreira is a very capable player who can play at LB and left midfield. significant competition for malouda! i'd keep my eye on that rumour. oooo i like the freddy guarin stories...he was fantastic for colombia, and quite frankly i'm surprised it took this long for us to be linked to him. might take some time to bed in and if predictably spurs turn down our next bid for luka, i'd say we focus our energy on getting freddy.
so u guys noticed how AVB squats by the touchline as well...if he's not careful he might sustain a knee injury or something.

Maybe he want purposely get injured, then let Di Matteo chance to manage Chelsea
We should give up on Porto players. All seems at least 30 mil++.
Riccardo Montolivo netted after 11 minutes to cap a good start by Italy, before Chelsea striker Torres was withdrawn, apparently suffering from concussion.
What the shit? Torres injured? Ughhhhhhhhh. Well, maybe it's time for him to rest and relax down. He could find back his form and slowly recover by following AVB tactics. On a more positive note, the injury makes AVB a lot easier to pick his first eleven. I dont think Torres would have started anyway, against Stoke I would think we would fight with physically with Drogba leading the front line.

minor brain concussion, nothing too be worried bout. he's out of the hospital already as reported. on side note, Drogba just scored against Israel which i think made him a step above Torres in 1st eleven selection against Stoke now.
yeah, i think its not much of a big deal. concussion compared to knee/leg/groin injury is miles apart. its okay to start with either strikers for me. whats important is in midfield, that was our problem last season and im not seeing much improvement this season, unless Benayoun plays.
