quite boring i suppose. midfield cannot supply ball to the strikers. one good ball i saw is when bosingwa crosses and drogba failed to connect.

the player i really impressed with is benayoun. lamps is nowhere to be seen, while kalou is lost with his dribbling, and the leftback Aanholt and Bertrand need to do more to cover for Cole.

If you notice, most of Pompey's attack came from the left hand side (Bosingwa) and the middle. who's the holding midfielder for the 2nd half yeah?

Kalou is actually not bad imo. Best players on the pitch for us was Malouda, Kalou, Josh ( bar a few misplaced passes) and Benayoun.

kalou is playing for himself. not the team. quite selfish i might say.
i didnt see much during the first half, so i dare not comment on malouda.

but benayoun, i see him everywhere, plus with the backheels. oh mai. his play is brilliant.
josh, i dont know how to rate his performance.

but who's playing next to iva during 1st half? and next to terry during 2nd half?

tats our main problem. strikers aint getting the ball from the middle to score with. even if they got the ball, they are in no position to score/shoot as it was too crowded at the back of the line.
