same, back on Tue, but will reach the immigration about 11pm and not so jam...only Spore holiday, not so worry on the jam. If Msia also holiday, then, there will be many cars on the road.....worst is like last time where the bus accident and kena stuck so many hours eating west north wind for the night.

Really?? If i got extra 1 day leave, then, my leave on Monday 29th is free. BTW, saturday is an offday for me as we are on 5 days week only. But i hope they refuse to grant the extra leave so that we can get one month equivalent basic salary brows.gif

Just to share my personal opinion with you. In many companies, HR is just one of the worst department and many not so good staffs are there. It is due to they dont have high qualification and that's why they resorting to do HR job. If they have better qualification, they wont be sitting in the HR department as chances to get promoted and get high salary is much slimmer than other department. However, there are still some good staffs who enjoy in HR type of work. So, in the real working life, you need to encounter every type of people, first you encounter the bad experience with HR and you already hate them. Next, when u got a job, you probably will face many unco-operate people from within department, inter department, inter sister companies, clients and etc etc....R u going to hate all of them???

The same problem as the HR also can say that they hate interns as they "kacau" them alot....and expect them to do this and do that for them...... rclxub.gif

Some companies i know had now abolished the 13th month salary, and build it into their monthly salary. I waiting for my company to do so as dont want to wait till year end to recieve it. tongue.gif
