Okay, i've tried charging on Belkin in-car charger 5V/1Amp on my tablet... kind of slow i would say.
Can i charge my dock (undocked from tablet) using USB2.0 port with 1amp power?
Added on August 30, 2011, 11:59 pmOne more thing,
do you guys use portable speaker rechargeable battery powered for your tablet such as razer Ferox and X-mini MAX 2?

I've found the TF101 being netbook is hell lot heavier! Just holding the tablet is heavier than my ipad2. But I'm happy the screen is crisper than ipad does.

The best player is MX Player & Dice Player. Anyway if hot (outdoor) use, beware... it crash and once shutdown, you can turn on till is cooled. One more thing, Corning Gorilla Glass...MY FOOT, spot a small scar. Have to use Screen Protector. Not taking further risk.

QUOTE(jananan @ Sep 2 2011, 09:03 PM) tell us, how the 'scar' came to be on the invincible Gorilla Glass ? Just normal use, not obvious scar. QUOTE(lek_e30 @ Sep 3 2011, 12:31 AM) The sensor beside front facing camera is it proximity sensor? How to configure it? Mine seems like not functioning That's daylight sensor to adjust brightness if you set auto brightness screen.

Fully charged, it shows 100%. Sleep wake is not an issue. When shut down and reboot, it won't boot up. Sigh!

I've tried all sort of possibilities that you could think of. Confirms is a hardware problem.

Finally i got my TF101 replaced with same batch B80 (luckily if not i might end up with B70). Here is the big improvement i had found! - no light bleed at all (can be seen whenever you boot up with Nvidia Tegra logo since is pitch black) - left and right speaker in total balance and loud sound (previous unit left speaker seems shy) - the dock seems a little "tight" Hope this unit won't fail me again. Btw i like Dolphin HD browser, maximise user friendly especially i can able to swipe for bookmark.

QUOTE(lek_e30 @ Sep 6 2011, 10:51 PM) Woa... if that the case my eeepad is really soft speaker... dunno whether can claim warranty or not You can try, actually i have brush off this problem in my first unit since 9/10 all suffered from left speaker soft but yesterday replacement unit had change my belief. perhaps there is some B80 batch had fix this issue.

That's the problem with Asus! Uses USB3.0 charger and cable but not reliable. Worse part is Asus Malaysia is not bringing eee pad accessories!!! How are going to get additional charger & USB adapter??
