1) Notes as in normal text? No issue. Ebooks depends. If you are referring to PDF, not that good at the moment. iPad also same issue. But if you are talking about reading magazines like those from Zinio (such as reader's digest, chip magazine, etc), its pretty good. I love reading it with my Transformer.
2) Good for simple stuff, for complex stuff PC still better. It takes time to do some stuff but like i said, for simple stuff no issues. If you wanna do fancy stuff like TOC, add colours, borders, align stuff here and there..PC/laptop still better for sure
3) Using google cloud print u can but you need 3rd party software for this like what louyeh has mentioned.
Note taking using soft keyboard and Android keyboard (virtual) works fine but i think there is still huge rooms for improvement for handwritten notes using stylus and handwriting recognition on Android Honeycomb tablets.2) Good for simple stuff, for complex stuff PC still better. as CyberKewl pointed out, PDF file opening/scrolling/zooming performance leaves a lot to be desired in current generation of tablets and mobile phones, be it Windows Mobile, Android, iOS, Symbian or Maemo/Meego.
Some paid app for PDF viewing on Honeycomb tablets does show some improvement over Polaris Office.
A tablet can be a good mobile companion for a PC/Laptop/Netbook but it wont be replacing it anytime soon.

most modern and 'real' Class 4 cards can exceed 4MB/slike i said earlier, faster ability to read/write smallers chunks of data is more important than continuous reading/writing speed.
Faster Class 10 MicroSDs would only show their true potential when copying large files to/from the MicroSD.
unless the only operation you are performing is copying files to/from the card you would not need a Class 10 MicroSD in any current Android devices.
future versions of Android OS / Custom ROMs might be able to take advantage of Class 10 MicroSDs if they are able to make Android OS read/write data in larger chunks such as 1024Kb or 2048Kb.
Added on September 19, 2011, 10:49 pmPS : if you are also going to use the card in other devices as well such as DSLRs or HD recording devices please go with the higher Class 10.
For DLSR continuous shooting for e.g. you surely can see the difference of Class 4 and Class 10 memory cards.
Added on September 19, 2011, 10:55 pmCrystalDiskMark would be able to project a 'real-world' performance index of your cards.
