dont expect professional onsite service though. Try monitor on the spot and complain to support if you do not like it because my neighbor copy me and bought a lenovo thinkpad as well but he have defects and need to have it replace. The support sent a noob and have no idea what is he doing for the one whole hour

and i told the technican what is wrong. He still even need to watch video but follow wrong video

again and make wrong mistakes.
After he conclude that it needs to replace finally instead swapping from a identical laptop he brought. The attachments were obviously different and still act smart. Later he told us that it needs to be replace or 1to1
However later at night the case suddenly closed . obviously he told support that the case is solved and support closed it. Lol what a douche tbh
My neighbor complained to support and request a different technican too but still end up meeting him again so neighbor give him one more chance to do it properly and monitor him again.

probably just unlucky only to encounter this
