Anyone knows how to track tiong nam deliveries? The tracking number given by lenovo only has digits Am I missing some alphabets? I cant seem to track my delivery. Thanks in advance

dont expect professional onsite service though. Try monitor on the spot and complain to support if you do not like it because my neighbor copy me and bought a lenovo thinkpad as well but he have defects and need to have it replace. The support sent a noob and have no idea what is he doing for the one whole hour
my neighbor facepalm and i told the technican what is wrong. He still even need to watch video but follow wrong video again and make wrong mistakes.

After he conclude that it needs to replace finally instead swapping from a identical laptop he brought. The attachments were obviously different and still act smart. Later he told us that it needs to be replace or 1to1

However later at night the case suddenly closed . obviously he told support that the case is solved and support closed it. Lol what a douche tbh
My neighbor complained to support and request a different technican too but still end up meeting him again so neighbor give him one more chance to do it properly and monitor him again.

probably just unlucky only to encounter this

afternoon bro i received my laptop, mine it's x1 carbon 7th gen FHD display only, using i5 for less battery consumption, however i am getting only 6 hours of battery life with 50% brightness charge and power saving mode on.

lenovo promises 17-18 hours. is it something to do with the BIOS or Windows update?

something is wrong then. Mine is 8665u i7 and 4k. I can last 4 hours at 30-50% brightness and volume 40% while on balanced mode ( better performance level ) keyboard backlit is on too . usage mix with web surfing + streaming videos
4k screen brightness nits are super bright enough even it is a glossy type while in indoors lol but i just set it to 30% - 50%

for your specs by right can last 10 hours at least

probably need update firmware or drivers

and it always fluctuates. sometimes hit 8 hours. sometimes 6 sometimes 5. sometimes 4. lol.

Just an update. 12 hours 17minutes at 100%, using battery saver. 50% brightness. while web browsing

Battery problem

the battery that is not charging, there is a function in lenovo dashboard. you gotta turn off the threshold. it supposes to preserve your battery lifespan.

no.... the battery specifically is not detected.... which would mean a mainboard charging controller issue... or the battery's BMS issue (or perhaps a rare both)..

On a separate note, just turn on the Lenovo's battery charging limiter at 70-80% on my laptop....

Oh ya, C740 display just 250nits only, if you check from US Lenovo, you must select for 4K comes with 500nits display.
