https://www.lazada.com.my/products/ugreen-3...yIv7VG&search=1I am thinking of getting one now. it is Rm169 compared to you 139, a price dif of rm30. ok lah what to do
but i have a question about the cable used to charge my Think Pad. Can I use ANY USB- cable or is there special PD cable that I need to use? dont want to burn the cable delivery GIGA Watts to my thinkpad...

45W confirm can charge , anything low it wouldn't work
In my X6E , I need to use minimum for 65W , even that it would be in throttled mode

eGPU no need buy so high end...
higher end = bottleneck more due to TB3 bandwidth

Some of our THinkpads (like the X1C6) has 4xPCIe lanes... in a way, the MX150 is not very useful if it take up the PCIE lanes for use of eGPU through TB3
This fella uses GTX1070 as his eGPU, both through internal and external monitors and have no issues with it..
https://www.reddit.com/r/thinkpad/comments/...ons_and_review/1070 does work very well , you can pump games in high settings , of course you are not going to get 100fps , but you will get like 60-80% of it
