I used to have T21 and T23.
The T21 got stolen and T23 was sold to Austin. Currently, I am having IBM X23. The spec is as below: PIII 866Mhz 640 SDRAM 30gig HDD Docking station with floopy and DVDROM Of all the notebooks that I had and having now, this is my favourite one. Sadly, it doesnt have build in wifi (some X23 comes with it). However, I am using Cisco Aironet 350 wifi card to go wireless. I used to have 2 Cisco cards but I included 1 the guy who bought my T23. Previous IBM T21 spec: PIII 900Mhz (upgraded processor) 30gigHDD 512 SDRAM Combo drive Floppy drive Previous IBM T23 spec: You can refer this to Austin's posting. Of all the IBM I had, the T23 felt fastest. T21 comes second and X23 is third but not too far from T21. I love the X23 so much that I seldom use it. I only use it when I go hot spot to surf net. Bought a second battery for it too. The one which I use everyday is A TwinHead P4 2.2Ghz (bought from Austin). Damn nice and robust machine. Comes with Magnesium casing. This is also my favourite after the X23. |
