Want to ask, how good is the original tint that comes with Inspira? I don't plan on adding/modify/changing the tints in case JPJ suddenly goes into enforcing mode and stop me .

And is Inspira's pedals and steering "short ppl" friendly? If you can reach the steering and pedals for the Wira (seat moved front max), shouldn't have problem in Inspira?

Good loh. Cuz here the sales ppl prefer to offer free tint instead of cash rebates. For me, I rather cash rebate even if the value is below the tint package price that they are offering. Planning to trade in my 95 1.6 Wira XLI too. any idea what is the price I am able to get?

Say could anyone give me the opinion of short ppl driving the inspira i asked earlier?

Went over to one of the showroom. Seems like that the 2.33% depends on quota and only available for Maybank. Can anyone confirm this?

my 1st car also wira...after working for 4 years, now only thinking should i spend my savings put into d/p for inspira or not. that also can afford 1.8 cvt only. Still pondering and thinking about my decision hahaha....

Cuz there's a much cheaper, reasonable alternative in the saga 1.6.

Yeah, I know that very well. Financial-wise, Inspira is still ok for me. Just that I'm a person who can't really spend money (well other than food) so want to make sure that the Inspira is a car worth buying cuz its another big commitment (the other being a house). That's why I was earlier asking the shi-fu here for opinion about the purchase of this car. Yes, I am asking and looking for security in my decision to buy this car.

Anyway to Kriktikal, I'll say go with the CVT Auto. Ppl say manual might be cooler and faster, but auto is more practical. Look at it in the long run, especially during those everyday, peak jam hours.

He told me that the 2.33% interest loan package is only available for maybank, and the qouta is now full. Anyone able to confirm this?

I see, that's why I feel its fishy. Cuz I feel that the interest rate should be dependent with the bank, not the sales person. Regardless of how many interest I get for my loan package, the "discount" the SA give me should not be affected right?

Thanks! I already have a horrid time maintaining my current wira, due to suddenly most of its wear and tear parts all need to be replaced at the same time (last year, spent 7k on just repairs, and this year another 3k on gearbox and brakes).

Another question, if I don't take the 2.3% loan, am I still eligible for the 5 years warranty?

Standard is 2 years warranty and 2 years free service right? ( i understand that certain service parts i need to pay)

Well, I can get this offer at proton-eon sales offices, why go to other websites? However, the interest is not the 2.xx% though. Its for normal 3.x% loan.

Hmmm...anyone have the exact figures on how big is the Inspira boot space? Trying to compare with my Wira boot space .

1 foot for the boot height is quite...short... Even the wira boot space is about, at least 1 foot 1/2. Gosh I must go to the showroom and inspect properly again. It definitely doesn't look so short when I checked it the first time o.O.
Anyway, perhaps maybe end of this month I'll join you guys. Still undecided on what colour to pick .

I'm planning to get the 1.8 CVT also. Is there really a lot of difference in 2.0? I prefer the fabric seats over the leather. And I don't think I need the GPS and paddle shifter too.

Anyway just measured my wira's boot height. Surprisingly its only slightly higher than the Inspira boot, about 13 1/2 inches only...

Say, anyone in the forum came up with a checklist on what to check for the car when we collect it? I found one on the inspira club forums but seem to very bery long.

If the sales person say there's ready stock at the branch, is that good or bad news? That would mean the car already park there for quite long, and been sitting under the sun too at the same time right?

More importantly, any recommendation on which auhtorized service center to go in Penang? Seem like a number of ppl recommend roadstar one...

MGM: how many years warranty? still 5 years? I don't mind having a shorter period of free service, but I would want the warranty period to be longer.

Yeap basically what I was offered here was option 2, including free 5 years service. The rebate basically is more than the differential interest for the loan.

I got it in Penang. However I want to go to the office to reconfirm with the sales guy again about this offer. Seems too good to be true for me too.
Anyway this is for the RM3.x% interest for loan. I assume that the sale fella transferred some of his commission from the loan to me as cashback.

Ok, I'll check it when I test drive it today. I worry cuz the SA told me there's ready stock in the showroom, and since I'm getting a 1.8CVT, lagi afraid it might be a rollover from last year stock.
If I do my d/p and documents this Sat/Mon, can the car registration process be finished by next week. I want to get the free 5+5 package leh . I din't realize that its already end of the month.

It's one of the cars parked at the showroom, without number plate, its also one of the car depot in penang, so they got about 10-15 Inspiras over there. If its already there, I'm sure the SA can easily tell me at least the front 2 numbers of the chasis number (as a reference, 6xxx should be this year manufactured year right?).

No way im going to take the test drive car, unless they give me discount of RM20-30k . No service, unknown drive history hmmmm....
