what is the available unit left? 450sqft for RM290k before discount. Is that correct?

7%+3%+7% (bumi) discount. anyone can confirm?

From what I saw at the mall a few weeks ago, the availability of 1BR 450sqft units should have lots of choices. Duplex and 3BR units don't have much left since their availability is not much to begin with.

Also depends subsale buyer motive is for investment/rental or for own use. As an investment or rental, FH or LH also can make money.

True too. The most important thing is those PAN'GAEA self sustaining facility do build up as promise, then ka-ching for the investor.

That's the difference with Vega or Hyve -- Pangaea boasts of a self-sustaining mixed development with hotels, shopping mall, office and residence. If OSK Property can deliver then, yes, "ka-ching"...

Some are hoping that MRT extends to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya?

Doubt it that will happen, too far fetch, I think. Nothing west of Cyberjaya at the moment....unless they want to go to Bangi/Jenjarom???
