2)The said land title still charge to UOB and that;s all

sien.. is there something wrong with this project or what? My agent keep telling me the AP is not out and they are still drafting S&P, its been like 1 month plus since I place my booking, signed my loan offer letter. I'm getting impatient.

They better make sure they update their customer, else this is going to be bad image to them.

AP is not out, and they dont ask you to sign S&P, that is still okay. The other project doesnt have an AP, and asked you to sign S&P...alamakk

Did you place a booking for Paragon or Solstice? I thought the AP for Paragon already out...

Well, that's what my agent been telling me too. I booked my Solstice unit on mid Oct, just signed my loan offer letter few days ago with RHB. Let's just wait patiently.

Anyone of you received calls from lawyers to sign S&P?

I would like to echo the same question, anyone has sign the s&p? Any agent care to share some progress here?
