QUOTE(trusted519 @ Dec 11 2012, 10:34 AM) sien.. is there something wrong with this project or what? My agent keep telling me the AP is not out and they are still drafting S&P, its been like 1 month plus since I place my booking, signed my loan offer letter. I'm getting impatient. Well, that's what my agent been telling me too. I booked my Solstice unit on mid Oct, just signed my loan offer letter few days ago with RHB. Let's just wait patiently. They better make sure they update their customer, else this is going to be bad image to them. |

QUOTE(Malaysian_driver @ Jan 7 2013, 06:33 PM) Maybe Malaysian staying in Singapore... But he got point la -- here, developer can ask you to sign SPA whenever they like! No AP, building plan not approved, etc. also can ask purchaser to sign first, other things settle later. Ya, I'm malaysian staying in Sg. This is my first time buying property in Msia. |

They have show units for Duplex? Or just the Studio and 3BR only?

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ Mar 11 2013, 11:04 PM) Took a peep through the glasses at the Show Gallery. Yeap, there are 3 separate units, so all the 3 different types of units will be on display. Grand launch of their Show Gallery will be this Saturday, 16th March 2013. Oh that's great. Thanks for the info. I have bought the duplex unit, curious to see how it looks like. |

QUOTE(DrPitchard @ May 8 2013, 10:47 AM) That's what I thought too....of all the unit types, the 2+1 duplex is the most disappointing. I think what went wrong is the fact that the showroom is nowhere near the actual product that one will be getting. It's suppose to be a 2+1, right? But when one walks in, all one sees is an average living room, and when you go upstairs, there's your 1 bedroom. Wait a minute, how about the other 1+1? Nope, nowhere to be seen. And best of all, you just can't visualize, and what I mean by can't is, it is seemingly impossible, spatially and physically, to fit in the 1+1 bedrooms. You would be lucky to even squeeze out an additional bedroom out of it. Exactly what i'm thinking too. Totally sucks and disappointing with the 2+1 Duplex. What's the point of showing such a unit? From a 2+1 duplex unit to a fully single bedroom duplex unit, I feel that they are trying to whisper the message across that users can spend an additional RMXXk to tear down their fully furnished units once they received the keys so that they can convert it to a single bedroom duplex unit. After all, the 2+1 duplex unit layout is not good, that's why we didn't even plan to show you how it looks like when it will be handed over to you. Irony is, duplex unit was the first that was fully sold before the showroom came out. Then again, it could be because the units were limited. That being said, the other layout (3 bedroom, 893sqft) was really good, IMHO. Utilized every inch of available area well, with even room for a cozy study area. |
