Honest advise, would be a loss for you to sell now.

U wont make any noticeable gain in fact probably some losses.

Currently this plot of area is spam with high density unit highrise from the Arc, Mutiaraville, Pangaea, Cyberia, Lakefront etc....

2nd point is it lacks X factor. But this can be improvized because your unit situated just beside Tamarind Square.

My advice is for you to hold it 1st until Tamarind mall up and running, so demand will significantly improve.
