Get all buyers contact...chip in each of u small fee for hirin lawyer....sue developer at peast 30% of house purchase value....if all of u gang up trust me the cost is small...

Anyway I think legally purchasers cannot really do anything if they decided not to shift back to the original masterplan. However it will tarnish their reputation greatly and many other big boys developer including Godfather Setia Haruman may not be too happy with them ruining the reputation of Cyberjaya per say.
I have a personal feeling that these boys have some sort of gentleman agreement to maintain the Cyber's appeal.

No need any osk expert analyst...even seasoned prop investor alao ill know if they proceed with kepler...those area will be a white elephant with glut of pricey pigeonhole...pollyany owner cannot survive later and kena auction...this may give bad image to cyber in terms of property investment viability...

They must work hard to elevate this development class status...otherwise potential tenant can argue the arc and cyberia they can rent cheaper per sqf...

The leftover land for mall an hotel is quite small...is it achievable? Later smaller size than dpulze, prolly 2nd gem mall size only..

Could be la if so many high paying job here...i think its quite limited...

2015 not a good economic year...

Hope 2016-2017 our economy recover and more company opening offices in cj.

Wow just read previous forumer sad status with his domain 3 studio...

My condolences... Yes i heard a lot of owner and some agent inform me the domain studio there is very hard to rent out to locals...

Only arab and african willing to rent there. Some owner vacant unit more than 6 month unable to rent out. Hope its not the state with other new studio apartment

Yes bro. I see in speedrent apps many willing to rent out their domain 4 & 5 at rm1300-1500...

I thiught even domain 1&2 use to demand 1.7-2k few years back...

One of the reason i think in the domain is too high density they have until 5 phase of block there...

Im not sure about shaftsbury or dpulze...i think they maybe doing a bit better...

Guys that oays premium for any units in cyberjaya better for ownstay or pray that u have strong holding power to sustain negative cashflow for gods know how many years later

Airbnb doable but honestly ur gonna be in tough competition with tune hotel, citadines, shaftsbury residence&hotel 😅

Also airbnb is seasonal during public holiday thr will b surge in demand but on normal days usually krik krik krik one...

I dunno whether to recommend or advise against...

Actually a lot looking for room to rent...

A few have called me but my house already full...

If you guys able to fully furnish ur room plus all utility bills and price below rm500 mthly, people gonna call you frequently.

But my neighbour owners all complaint say very hard to rent out. I said to them huh i even have to reject a few ppl. But when i ask them to rent out by rooms they refuse as too much hassle... 😳

Owh sorry mine is those normal apartment with 3/2. You can renovate to add extra 1 or 2 room if the layout permit.
This can lower down the rental cost rate of all room. fixed bills like ISP are easy to manage and water bills. TNB a bit tricky you can ask contractor to install meter in each room or room with aircond. Through experience you can also approximate electricity cost.

Also everytime tenant moves out, keep pumping money/spend some money to refurbish the room example repaint back to white, replace broken/aging fan, lighting, bedframe, table and wardrobe...

make sure the house common area and room is very clean. hire a cleaner to clean the place every month. Old place ull get some doubt by tenant if they only look at exterior. but once they view the interior and you kept your house up to date, repaint, refurbish, clean, tenant wont fuss they will want to rent your place.
