I still think it will take around 7-10 years for it to be fully developed, including the hotel, shopping mall and office tower.

Office towers not launched yet, and its taller than Solstice. If they want to complete it in time, they have to start launching/selling it already. It's a sizeable development, and more often than not, it will be completed across a period of time (1-3 years)

Simply means commission flying away for them....ouchhh
But yeah, very unprofessional of them then.

My bad, not office tower, but rather, boutique hotel. I guess the same goes for the street mall and also shopping mall? Although I still feel it would be better for them to retain the shopping mall, they will most probably put up half of it for sale?

I assume the RM10k bonus is for units that they already jack up the price. From what I know, lots of units the price already jack up, around RM15k or so, for Tower 2. I guess the demand is not so good after they jack up the price. RM600+psf is really ex, esp in Cyberjaya. Let's hope the actual product lives up to its standard, like what they claim.

I myself have a unit there, bought late last year. I believe it has a lot of potential and can't wait for Cyberjaya to fully develop. Development south of Klang Valley is greatly picking up, with developers already invading Sg Long, Kajang, Bangi and Seremban. It is a matter of time before Cyberjaya is heavily 'invaded' by MNC's and we see a huge spike in price. I bought for investment purpose but wouldn't mind consider staying there if it turns up real good.

Currently staying in Puchong and it takes me a good 40-50mins for me to get to KLCC from my home. Tried once from Cyberjaya to KLCC in the morning and its also 40mins.

Have to admit that it is quite dead at night but with development going further down south year by year, its just a matter of time before Cyberjaya becomes a place to live also, besides work.
