I have seen the price for eclipse, not really much increase though

From my purchase price late last year, it has increased quite a fair bit. And if you take other things into consideration, such as only partially furnished and no DIBS, it's really quite a lot.

Just came back from the show gallery at Plaza OSK. A rough guesstimate, 15-20% sold already, based on the stickers on the board.
Starting from RM363,800 for a 450 sqft unit, with 5% discount. No DIBS, unit will be partially furnished.

Of course the smaller units r snapped up first.

I was there today most units bought are the 2r 650sf types.
