Try reinstalling the Samsung Phone/Tab drivers - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=961956

I kinda like it. I think it's not a glitch but a part of the crt on/off animtion. Not sure how to remove it, try asking in the overcome thread on xda-dev forum.

I know what you mean. I do kinda like the vertical white line thing when I turn the screen on, plus the horizontal white line thing when I turn the screen off.
