RM 100 only? My loan fully reimbursed before I start by first payment. My first payment was RM 900, 2nd - RM 1000, 3rd - RM 1100.

I went to the showroom to collect my cheque, and snap few pic for sharing.
Block A has completed until the roof top, block B is up to level 5. According to the sales office they will hand over black A key first upon completion.

Show room open daily. There are still few units available in Black A. You can wait until Block B's sales starts

sales for block start in June. Block A still available with 10% discount. Only have to pay RM3000 and nothing else until it is completed.
