X2 agent told me this morning. I will enjoy the old price if i paid the booking fees this week, otherwise will follow new price next week.

Yeah.. Depends on the residential rate and property market by that time (2015), if the market remains good and value go up to 1M, might think of investment .. Else, my parent will stay kua...

Mine is located at 20th floor, and just completetd the structure last month, now paying abt RM100+ interest per month only..

We bought the unit on Nov, I only can borrow 70% loan and paid 30% as d/p. I had just started paying interest since Jan 13, around RM100-200 per mth, it might gone up nx mth..
